Jim Vasconcellos, President & Founder, is a leadership and systems thinker who helps organizations improve execution by understanding how people coordinate action.

He served 27 years in the U.S. Air Force, working across intelligence, communications, and large-scale operational systems. During his career, he led complex programs, taught interrogation techniques, and supported operations involving mission-critical coordination across teams, technologies, and environments.

After transitioning to civilian work, Jim continued solving similar challenges, helping organizations implement technology, design processes, and manage change. Across both military and business environments, he observed a consistent pattern: the most difficult problems were not technical or strategic, but organizational.

Teams were misaligned. Commitments were unclear. Work broke down at the intersections. From this, he developed a clear and practical insight: Organizations succeed or fail based on how well people coordinate action.
